Arches National Park, Utah, March 22, 2011 - The Boys of Delicate Steve pose
in the time-honored tradition of the original Mormons, who passed this
way more than a century-and-a-half ago and being a spontaneous lot,
mimicked the arch for the daguerrotype taken that day (now lost to history).
DS -- fortunately traveling in a 15-passenger van, NOT a covered wagon --
is deep into its Western swing and is next bound for Seattle....

While I was in line at the concession stand at the Michigan
Theater this evening, I heard some really cool music coming
from overhead. The guys behind the counter told me it was
"Caramel" by Piglet.

I said that it reminded me of Delicate Steve, and they said,
"YOU know Delicate Steve!?! We just saw them when they
came to Detroit! We thought they were better
than the band they opened for...."
These guys really love your music. They even said they
bought the CD (actually, I think they said "record"). Of course, I
had to mention that I'm your aunt. Smart move: They gave me free
popcorn....Thanks Steve.

Hope all is well in Ann Arbor, currently stopping at a grocery in
Albuquerque on the way up to Seattle...stopping in Moab UT tonight,
have some time tospend in Arches national park tomorrow!
